Scheduling

To provide a personalized experience for our clients and ensure that each appointment is booked with the correct service and time allocation, Aesthetics Salon does not offer online booking for new clients. We believe that direct communication with clients enables us to address any questions they may have about our services, gather preliminary details to determine the most suitable time for the service, and offer personalized recommendations based on individual needs.

Online Booking

We offer online booking for the following services: Aesthetics Signature, Flat Twists, Protective Prep, Braid Prep, and Hydrate & Style, exclusively to existing clients. Click here for online booking.

Servicing of Children

We adore kids, but our salon experience is designed for guests 16 years of age and older. Pricing reflects the same care and expertise for every client, regardless of age.

Inclusions + Exclusions

Each of our salon services includes a wash. To maintain the quality and results of our work, we do not use outside products unless prescribed by a medical professional. We are a relaxer-free and keratin-free salon and do not carry products to maintain those systems. Additionally, we do not provide frontal or closure services. For all color appointments, a blow-dried style is required to ensure optimal color results.

Cancellations/ Reschedules

We understand things can arise. We have a 2-day cancellation policy to avoid charges. Rescheduling is considered a cancellation and follows the same policy.

Business Hours:
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM

All changes must be made during business hours to count for that day. Voice messages, calls, or emails sent after business hours will be considered received the next business day for the purpose of timing.

Charges apply as follows:
2 or more days in advance – No charge.

1 day before the appointment:
Before 3:00 PM – 50% of the scheduled service fee.
After 3:00 PM – 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Same-day changes, cancellations made after 3:00 PM the day prior, and no-shows – a 100% charge applies.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable between services or stylists.

Color + Extensions

A consultation is required for all color and extension services to ensure clear expectations between our clients and stylists. For previously colored hair, the number of sessions needed to achieve your desired result can only be determined once the service begins. Extension consultations allow us to assess whether and how your goals can be achieved. Please note that same-day appointments are not available for these services.

Payments/ Refunds

We do not accept cash payments at any of our locations. For your convenience, we practice contactless payment methods, and a credit card is required to schedule all appointments. We take great pride in delivering the best possible experience for every guest. While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to your satisfaction. Please let us know within 24 hours if you have any concerns so we can make it right.

Late Policy

We value and respect our clients’ time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; beyond that, the appointment will be canceled, and the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged, regardless of services rendered.

No Call/ No Shows and Repeat Cancellations

We take pride in providing timely service and clear communication. A no-call, no-show will result in the cancellation of all future appointments. Repeated cancellations may also lead to future bookings being revoked.

Parking

Metered parking is currently available in front of the salon, and free parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Please plan accordingly to ensure you allow time for parking. We recommend downloading the ParkMobile app in advance as well.

Deposits

Deposits are non-refundable or transferable between stylists or services. Deposits are for all first-time guests, extended services past 1.5hrs, color services, and extension services.

First Time Appointments

To ensure a personalized and seamless experience, all first-time guests are invited to book one of the following services: Hydrate + Style, Haircut + Style, Trim + Style, Curly Haircut, or The Works. A consultation may be required for select services to tailor your experience to your hair’s unique needs.

Your finishing style may include a flat twist or one of our signature looks. Please note that, due to the time and care dedicated to each appointment, roller sets and Flexi-rod sets are not offered for first-time visits.
