Inclusions + Exclusions

Each of our salon services includes a wash. We are a relaxer free salon and do not work with clients who have a relaxer. We also do not provide frontal or closure services. To ensure the quality of our service, we do not service clients with extensions installed outside of our salon. A blow dryed style is required for all color services to ensure the color results.

Cancellations/ Reschedules

We have a 2 day cancellation policy to avoid a charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made 1 day prior to a scheduled appointment is subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.if before 3pm and 100% after 3pm the day before. Cancellations or rescheduling made after 3pm the day prior to an appointment, same day cancellations/rescheduling and no shows are responsible for 100% charge. Deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.

Color + Extensions

A consultation is required for all color and extension services along with a 20% deposit.. We can’t predict the number of session to achieve a desired color on hair that has been previously colored until the service has begun. Extension service also require a consultation where in which we discuss how and if we can achieve your desired results. Same day services are not available for these services.

Payments/ Refunds

We do not accept cash payments at any of our locations. We have 100% contactless payment and a credit card must be on file to schedule, along with a deposit. We pride ourselves in delivering guest with the best experience. We do not offer refunds but will do oiut best to ensur eyou are happy. If there is an issue we ask that you let us know within 24hrs.

Late Policy

We respect our clients’ time, therefore we can only allow a 10-minute late grace period for punctuality. After that, the appointment will be cancelled & the full price of the scheduled service will be charged regardless of the services rendered.

No Call/ No Shows and Repeat Cancellations

A no call no show will result into the cancellation of any future appointment. Additionally, repeat cancellations will also result into cancellation’s of any future appointments.


Currently, there are both metered parking options in front of the salon and free parking available throughout the neighborhood. please plan according to ensure you allow time for parking. We recommend downloading the ParkMobile app in advance as well.

Dominique and Liyou are only accepting new color clients.

New clients appointments are booked roughly 3-4 weeks in advance.
