Know Before You Go

Scheduling

To provide a personalized experience for our clients and ensure that each appointment is booked with the correct service and time allocation, Aesthetics Salon does not offer online booking. We believe that direct communication with clients allows us to address any questions they may have about services, gather preliminary details to determine the appropriate time for the service and offer recommendations based on individual needs.

Clients are encouraged to contact the salon by phone or in person to schedule their appointments. This process ensures that all necessary information is collected, allowing for the best service experience.

Inclusions + Exclusions

Each of our salon services includes a wash. To ensure the results of our services, we do not use outside products unless prescribed by a medical professional. We are a relaxer-free salon and do not work with clients who have a relaxer, Keratin, or any straightening services. We also do not provide frontal or closure services. A blow-dried style is required for all color services to ensure the color results.

Cancellations/ Reschedules

If a change in your schedule does arise, we have a 2-day cancellation policy to avoid a charge. Cancellations or rescheduling made 1 day before a scheduled appointment is subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service if before 3pm and 100% after 3pm the day before. Cancellations or rescheduling made after 3pm the day before an appointment, same-day cancellations/rescheduling and no-shows are responsible for 100% charge. Deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.

Color + Extensions

A consultation is required for all color and extension services to manage the expectations of our clients and stylists. We can’t predict the number of sessions needed to achieve the desired color on previously colored hair until the service has begun. Extension services also require a consultation to discuss how and if we can achieve your desired results. Same-day services are not available for these services.

Payments/ Refunds

We do not accept cash payments at any of our locations. We practice contactless payment methods, and a credit card must be on file to schedule. We pride ourselves on delivering guests with the best experience. And not offer refunds but will do our best to ensure you are happy. If there is an issue, we kindly ask that you let us know within 24hrs.

Late Policy

We respect our clients’ time, so we can only allow a 10-minute late grace period for punctuality. After that, the appointment will be canceled, and the full price of the scheduled service will be charged regardless of the services rendered.

No Call/ No Shows and Repeat Cancellations

We pride ourselves on prompt service and effective communication. A no-call no-show will result in the cancellation of any future appointment. Additionally, repeat cancellations will result in the cancellation of any future appointments.

Parking

Currently, metered parking is available in front of the salon, and free parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Please plan accordingly to ensure you allow time for parking. We recommend downloading the ParkMobile app in advance as well.

First Time Appointments

To ensure the quality of your hair experience, all first-time guests are asked to schedule either a Hydrate + Style or The Works appointment. The style can be a flat twist or a signature style. Unfortunately, due to time, rollersets and Flexi-rod sets are not options for scheduling for first-time clients.
